01The problem

Career guidance should become part of the school ecosystem—not an annual event.

The PsychoMath helps schools create a structured career-development ecosystem integrating assessment, career awareness, counselling, parent engagement, teacher development and student well-being.

A career day in one term and a counsellor's visit in the next do not add up to career guidance. What works is a system that runs through the school year and through the school: students assessed at the stage where the assessment is useful, teachers who know what to do when a student asks, parents brought in early rather than at the end, and well-being treated as part of the same conversation rather than a separate one. We help schools build that, and then look at whether it is working.

Why any of this should be believed

Who you would actually be speaking to

Every person is listed with the qualification they hold, the kinds of work they do, and the tier of instrument they may administer — so that you can tell before you book whether you have the right person.

What we will not claim

Assessment describes; it does not predict a life. The limits of what these instruments can tell you are written down and published, because a claim you cannot check is worth nothing to you.

Build a Career Ecosystem

No payment is taken to start a conversation, and nothing is recommended before somebody has read your profile. If this is not the right service for you, we will say so.
