Our methodology combines psychological understanding, assessment, evidence, contextual interpretation and human guidance. Assessment is not treated as an endpoint; it becomes one component of a broader process of understanding and decision-making.
Notice where measurement sits in that sequence. It is second, not first, because measuring before you understand what you are looking at produces precise answers to the wrong question. And notice that it is not last. Interpretation, exploration and the decision itself all come after it, and every one of them is a human step. Assessment is one component of the process. It has never been the process.
