01The problem

Career guidance must evolve with the changing vision of education.

Explore how career awareness, multidisciplinary learning, student choice, skills and holistic development can be translated into practical school-level interventions. The focus is on implementation—not simply policy language.

The policy language is easy to quote and hard to implement. Multidisciplinary choice, flexible subject combinations, skills alongside academics, holistic development — every one of them raises the same question for a school: what do we actually do on Monday. This works from the implementation end. What changes in the timetable, what changes in counselling, and what has to exist before a student can genuinely choose across streams.

Discuss Implementation

The evidence behind all of this — who you would speak to, and what we will not claim — sits on the Career Guidance for Schools page, where it belongs to the whole audience rather than to one service.
