What can be returned, and what cannot
A sealed instrument kit can be returned unopened. An opened one cannot, because the answer sheets and the scoring key are the product and cannot be un-seen. A booked session can be moved or cancelled inside a stated window. An assessment already administered cannot be refunded, because the work has been done.
