Better practitioners create better outcomes.
The PsychoMath supports career counsellors, coaches, psychologists and educators through professional development, assessment understanding, methodology and specialised programmes.
The people who do this work well are usually self-taught in the parts that matter most, with nobody to check their reasoning against. Development for practitioners should therefore do two things: fill in the technical ground — assessment, measurement, frameworks — and give a practitioner somewhere to test their judgement. We run programmes for counsellors, coaches, psychologists and educators with both of those in mind.
What you take away
- Technical ground filled in rather than assumed.
- Judgement tested against other practitioners, not only your own clients.
- Programmes for counsellors, coaches, psychologists and educators.
Why any of this should be believed
Who you would actually be speaking to
Every person is listed with the qualification they hold, the kinds of work they do, and the tier of instrument they may administer — so that you can tell before you book whether you have the right person.

Assessment describes; it does not predict a life. The limits of what these instruments can tell you are written down and published, because a claim you cannot check is worth nothing to you.
