GoRoga, from RogaLife, is a wearable stimulation device for people aged 17 and over that its makers describe as an aid to lowering stress, sharpening concentration and supporting mental well-being. It uses non-invasive brain stimulation, sending gentle, rhythmic electrical pulses meant to calm the nervous system, and is worn in a relaxed way, much like headphones, for sessions of 20 to 30 minutes. The kit contains the device, adhesive electrode pads, an ear hook, adapters for iOS and Android, and a carrying pouch.
