Independent practice is efficient and lonely, and it caps what a practitioner can take on. Working together keeps the independence and lifts the ceiling — shared standards, so that a referral between colleagues is safe; shared instruments and training; and work that comes to the network rather than to any one person. An individual practitioner, a training institute or an organisation looking for a psychology partner comes in the same way, and roles and terms are written down before anything begins.
