01The problem

Well-being is part of organisational performance—not an afterthought.

Explore structured approaches to resilience, stress, psychological well-being and psychological safety within organisational environments.

Well-being work goes wrong when it is treated as a benefit rather than a condition of the work. A resilience session in a week that has not changed is heard as an instruction to cope better. We look at both ends: structured support for individuals — resilience, stress, adjustment — and the environment they are being asked to be resilient in, including whether a person can raise a difficulty without it costing them.

Discuss a well-being programme

The evidence behind all of this — who you would speak to, and what we will not claim — sits on the Organisations page, where it belongs to the whole audience rather than to one service.
