Youth Self-Report (YSR)
The Youth Self-Report (YSR) is the ASEBA form on which young people aged 11 to 18 describe their own competencies and problems, the self-report counterpart to the parent and teacher forms. This kit provides the hand-scoring materials: syndrome and competence profiles, DSM-oriented profiles, which are the same for boys and girls, and reusable scoring templates.
