Working Styles Assessment (WSA)
The Working Styles Assessment (WSA) by Melissa A. Messer and Heather Ureksoy measures the personality traits linked to effective performance at work, in people aged 17 to 70, using the terms of the US O*NET system so that results can be compared with the traits needed in hundreds of occupations. Its 18 constructs, which include all 16 O*NET working styles, fall into five groups: drive, adjustment, responsibility, problem solving and skill with people. It is a self-report measure taking 25 minutes plus 10 to score, and the kit contains the professional manual and fast guide and 25 each of the assessment booklets, user's workbooks and score summary sheets.
