This kit supplies Form C of the Woodcock-Johnson IV Tests of Achievement, by Richard W. Woodcock, Kevin S. McGrew and Nancy Mather, for assessing achievement from age 2 to 90 and over. Alongside Forms A and B, it lets examiners vary the test content when a student is assessed repeatedly. It includes the examiner's manual and training workbook, the Form C Standard and Extended test book and scoring guide, and 25 test records and response booklets with scoring licences.
