Woodcock Johnson IV Achievement Form B
Form B of the WJ IV Tests of Achievement is one of three parallel forms of a battery that screens, diagnoses and monitors achievement in reading, writing and maths from age 2 to beyond 90. Alternating the forms lets examiners retest progress two or three times a year once an intervention is under way, while keeping familiarity with the items low. Most tests take 5 to 10 minutes each, and the kit contains the examiner's manual and training workbook, the Form B Standard and Extended test book and scoring guide, and 25 test records and response booklets with scoring licences.
