Woodcock Johnson IV Achievement Form A
The WJ IV Tests of Achievement screen, diagnose and track progress in maths, reading and writing for people aged 2 to 90 and over. The battery comes in three parallel forms, A, B and C, so a student's progress can be retested two or three times a year without over-familiarity with the content; this kit supplies Form A. Each test usually takes 5 to 10 minutes, and the kit includes the examiner's manual and training workbook, the Standard and Extended test book, a scoring guide, and a pack of 25 test records and response booklets with scoring licences.
