The Type A/B Behavioural Pattern Scale (ABBPS) by Upinder Dhar and Manisha Jain sorts adults into the Type A or Type B pattern of behaviour. Of its 33 items, 17 relate to Type A, marked by tension, impatience, restlessness, drive for achievement, a domineering manner and overwork, and 16 to Type B, marked by an easygoing, relaxed, patient, non-assertive and complacent manner. It was tried out with 200 working people, takes 20 to 25 minutes, and comes in Hindi and English editions; the kit contains a manual and 100 consumable booklets.
