The Stress Profile
Kenneth M. Nowack's Stress Profile is a self-report inventory that identifies the personal traits and habits that protect a person from stress-related illness or make them more open to it. In about 20 minutes it gives scores in 15 areas, among them stress, cognitive hardiness, coping style, social support, psychological well-being, Type A behaviour, and health habits such as exercise, sleep and eating. It suits both clinical work and organisations, such as health or executive coaching programmes, and the kit contains the manual, a reusable administration booklet and 25 AutoScore forms.
