Substance Abuse Subtle Screening Inventory – 4 (SASSI-4)
The SASSI-4 is a screening inventory that estimates how likely an adult aged 18 to 73 is to have a substance use disorder, across the full range of severity described in DSM-5, and helps in choosing suitable treatment. It separates likely substance use disorder from other psychological problems even when both are present, and a new scale picks out people who may be misusing prescription medicines. It takes about 15 minutes to complete and 5 to score, and the kit includes the manual, a user's guide, a scoring key and 25 paper tests with profiles.
