Structural Summary Blanks (Package of 100)
These Structural Summary Blanks, by J. E. Exner, Jr., are the record forms for scoring the Rorschach in the Comprehensive System, supplied in a package of 100. Each six-page fold-out form has sections for the person's details, the sequence of scores, the Structural Summary with its ratios, percentages and derived scores, and a constellations worksheet including the Perceptual Thinking Index, along with age adjustment tables and room for calculations. Miniature copies of all ten blots are printed on the form to help with scoring.
