Form E of John L. Holland's Self-Directed Search is a career interest inventory written for people aged 15 to 74 with lower levels of education or limited reading ability. This edition, revised in response to users' comments, updates the Jobs Finder to reflect current trends and lists more than 860 jobs, some needing post-secondary training, with prompts that encourage wide exploration. The jobs follow the 1996 edition of the Dictionary of Holland Occupational Codes, it takes 35 to 45 minutes, and the kit includes the user's guide, technical manual and 25 each of the assessment booklets, Jobs Finders and You and Your Job booklets.
