Scales of Independent Behavior-Revised (SIB-R)
The Scales of Independent Behavior–Revised (SIB-R) is a norm-referenced assessment of adaptive and problem behaviour that shows how well a person functions in key areas of daily life, from infancy to 80 and beyond. It can be given as a structured interview or as a checklist where meeting in person is not practical, and every response booklet contains all the items for either approach. A full assessment takes 45 to 60 minutes, and the kit includes the interview book, the comprehensive manual and response booklets for the Full Scale, the Short Form and the Early Development Form.
