The Scales of Cognitive and Communicative Ability for Neurorehabilitation (SCCAN), by Lisa Milman and Audrey Holland, assess both the cognitive-communicative problems and the everyday functioning of adults aged 18 to 95 with a wide range of neurological conditions, in rehabilitation hospitals, clinics and nursing facilities.
