Rogers Criminal Responsibility Assessment Scales
The Rogers Criminal Responsibility Assessment Scales (R-CRAS), by Richard Rogers, give forensic psychologists and psychiatrists an empirically based way to evaluate criminal responsibility. Part I rates how impaired the person was when the offence was committed, on the psychological variables that bear on insanity, and Part II relates that impairment to the ALI legal standard, with experimental decision models for the guilty-but-mentally-ill and M'Naghten standards. It is untimed, and the kit contains the manual and 50 examination booklets.
