The Reading-Free Vocational Interest Inventory–Third Edition (RFVII-3), by Ralph L. Becker, measures vocational likes and dislikes without any reading or writing, for people aged 10 to 75. Its 80 full-colour pictures show people doing many different kinds of jobs, which makes it well suited to people with intellectual or learning disabilities, weak readers and anyone who prefers pictures. Results are linked to the 16 US career clusters and to the People/Data/Things classification, for use in schools, vocational rehabilitation, sheltered employment and job placement services. It takes 15 to 30 minutes, and the kit includes the user's manual, 25 paper booklets and online administration and scoring for 25.
