Pragmatic Language Skills Inventory
The Pragmatic Language Skills Inventory (PLSI) by James E. Gilliam and Lynda Miller is a rating scale of how well children aged 5 to 12 use language in social situations. Cut-off scores show whether a child may have a disorder of this kind and needs a fuller assessment of language, and the results also help set goals, record progress and support research. It takes 5 to 10 minutes, and the kit contains the examiner's manual and 25 summary and response forms.
