The Post-Concussion Symptom Inventory–2 (PCSI-2) is one part of a wider concussion evaluation for young people aged 5 to 18. It records physical, cognitive and emotional symptoms, along with sleep and fatigue, to help diagnose concussion, tracks recovery across repeated visits, and guides educators and clinicians in managing the return to school and everyday activities. It takes about 5 minutes, and the kit includes the technical manual with 25 each of the parent, adolescent and child forms and the matching concussion recovery profiles.
