Personality Assessment Screener (PAS)
The Personality Assessment Screener (PAS), by Leslie C. Morey, is a 22-item self-administered questionnaire drawn from the Personality Assessment Inventory, for quickly triaging adults aged 18 to 89 in health-care and mental health services, employee assistance programmes and college health centres. Its items are the PAI items found most sensitive to a broad range of clinical problems, grouped into 10 elements such as negative affect, acting out, health problems, psychotic features, social withdrawal, alcohol problems and suicidal thinking. It takes about 5 minutes, and the kit contains the manual and 50 response forms.
