Multidimensional Health Profile
The Multidimensional Health Profile (MHP) is a broad screening instrument for health-care settings that brings psychosocial and health functioning together in one assessment of adults aged 18 to 90. It helps pick up adjustment problems, unhelpful attitudes and habits that put health at risk early, when prevention is most effective. Its two test booklets, the MHP-P and the MHP-H, are written to be easy to read and take 20 to 30 minutes, and the kit includes the manual and 25 of each booklet.
