Learning Style Questionnaire
The Learning Style Questionnaire by Chris Hutcheson helps trainers and managers understand how the adults they work with prefer to learn. Its twenty questions each offer four answers, one for each learning style (experimenting, structuring, reflecting and participating), and ranking them reveals the person's preferred style and the stage of the experiential learning cycle where they are most at ease. Knowing this helps people build on their learning strengths, work on weaker areas and choose the best approach for each learning situation. It takes under 45 minutes, and the set includes a facilitator guide with an assessment and a pack of 5 assessments.
