Job Stress Survey (JSS)
The Job Stress Survey (JSS), by Charles D. Spielberger and Peter R. Vagg, pinpoints the sources of stress in a person's work, for adults aged 18 to 65. For each listed stressor, the person records on how many days, from 0 to 9 or more, it occurred over the past 6 months, which shows which features of a job or workplace are worth targeting through job redesign, organisational change or other interventions. It takes 10 to 15 minutes, and the kit includes the manual, 50 test booklets and 50 profile forms.
