The Jackson Personality Inventory–Revised (JPI-R), by Douglas N. Jackson, is a well-regarded measure of personality for people aged 16 and over, covering the social, cognitive and value orientations that shape how a person functions. Its scales are grouped into five higher-order dimensions: dependable, opportunistic, emotional, extroverted and analytical. It bears on qualities such as dependability, self-discipline and leadership, takes about 45 minutes, and the kit includes the technical manual and 5 each of the reusable test booklets, answer sheets and profile sheets.
