The Interpersonal Skills Assessment Scale by Sarika Khandelwal and Dr. Kavita Koradia measures the interpersonal skills of students aged 12 to 16 across six dimensions: teamwork, decision making, managing conflict, managing emotions, communication and assertiveness. Its 30 items are answered on a rating scale, and because it is self-administering it needs no trained tester, whether used individually or with groups for surveys and research. It takes about 30 minutes, and the kit contains a manual and 100 consumable booklets.
