Institutional Adjustment Inventory for Teachers
The Institutional Adjustment Inventory for Teachers (IAIT-RHA), by Dr. A. H. Rizvi, measures how well teachers at every level, from the pre-primary stage up to colleges and technical institutes, are adjusted to the institutions where they work, classing them as well adjusted, average or poorly adjusted. It is useful to principals, managers, teacher educators, policy planners, recruitment bodies and researchers, and to training institutes such as DIETs for assessing in-service teachers. It takes 20 to 30 minutes, individually or in groups, and the kit contains a manual and 100 consumable booklets.
