FRTVMI: Full Range Test of Visual Motor Integration

The Full Range Test of Visual Motor Integration (FRTVMI) measures how accurately a person can link what they see with the movements of the hand, by asking them to copy a series of designs that grow steadily more complex. With norms from 5 to 74 years, including students in special education up to age 21, a single test can be used from the early school years into adulthood. It is used to show whether a person has visual-motor difficulties and how marked they are, to identify people for referral, check whether an intervention has worked and support research. It takes 5 to 15 minutes, and the kit has the manual, two sets of 25 record forms for ages 5 to 10 and 11 to 74, and a scoring transparency.
