Frontal Systems Behavior Scale(FrSBe™)
The Frontal Systems Behavior Scale (FrSBe), once called the Frontal Lobe Personality Scale, is a short measure of three behavioural syndromes linked to the frontal systems of the brain: apathy, disinhibition and executive dysfunction. People with frontal damage often do well on standard neuropsychological tests yet struggle in daily life, and this scale captures that everyday behaviour, rating it both retrospectively, as it used to be, and as it is now, so that change can be measured. Self-rating and family-rating forms are available for adults aged 18 to 95, and a rating takes 15 to 20 minutes. The kit includes the manual and 25 each of the self and family test booklets and profile forms.
