This Emotional Intelligence Scale by Dr. Arun Kumar and Prof. Suraksha Pal, a five-point rating scale for adults aged 21 to 60, follows the five dimensions of emotional intelligence described by Goleman in 1995. It looks at self-awareness, handling feelings appropriately, emotional maturity and self-control in pursuing goals, empathy for others, and the social skills needed to understand people and work well with them. It takes about an hour, and separate Hindi and English editions are available.
