The Educator Empowerment Scale by Dr. Ramandeep Kaur measures how ready teachers, both in service and in training, are for inclusive education. Its 58 items, rated on a five-point scale, look at attitudes towards inclusion, willingness to teach children with different levels of difficulty, and the challenges and support teachers perceive, with higher totals showing a greater readiness to include children with disabilities.
