Dr. Kranti Career Interest Schedule
The Dr. Kranti Career Interest Schedule (KCIS), developed by Dr. Kranti K. Srivastava, helps students from grade 8 to grade 12 discover their vocational interests as a guide to career choice. Students rate 720 items, half of them occupations and half job activities, as like, neutral or dislike, and the items build 12 interest scales of 60 each, such as artistic, scientific, mechanical, business details, selling, humanitarian and leading-influencing. It can be given individually or in groups in 45 to 60 minutes, and the kit contains a manual, 25 booklets, 50 scoring forms and 50 answer sheets.
