Decisions: Personal Safety Outdoors is a set of 36 A5 cards showing risky situations and dilemmas outside the home, such as riding a bike without a helmet with music in the ears, hitch-hiking, using a phone while driving, dangers on building sites, strangers and dangerous dogs. Through role play, discussion, storytelling and creative work, it helps learners of any age think clearly about such situations and decide quickly and sensibly how to respond. The accompanying booklet explains the cards and suggests further activities.
