This ColorCards set of 36 A5 picture cards shows everyday situations at home that could lead to harm, from a lit candle near a curtain to bleach kept in a low cupboard or staying safe online. The cards prompt conversation about spotting a hazard and choosing a safer course, and the accompanying booklet suggests activities for one-to-one work as well as groups and classrooms. They also lend themselves to role-play, storytelling and language work such as vocabulary, sequencing and classification.
