Dealing with Conflict Online Assessment
Dealing with Conflict, by Alexander Hiam, is an online assessment of how a person handles conflict, suited to self-directed learning or classroom training. Its 22-page report graphs the person's use of five conflict styles against general population percentiles, explains what the scores mean, and gives skill-building on the collaborative style, along with material on conflict IQ, the effect of conflict on motivation and managing anger. A separate exercise, the Conflict Situation Selector, teaches how to choose the best style for each situation. It takes 15 to 20 minutes, and this pack gives access for 25 users.
