Creativity Assessment Packet (CAP)
Frank Williams's Creativity Assessment Packet (CAP) measures creativity in children and young people aged 6 to 18. It brings together the group-administered Test of Divergent Feeling and the Test of Divergent Thinking in Forms A and B, along with the Williams Scale, on which parents and teachers rate the same qualities. Together they look at fluency, flexibility, originality, elaboration, vocabulary and comprehension; the tests are self-scoring and take 20 to 25 minutes. The kit contains the examiner's manual and 25 copies each of the Divergent Thinking Forms A and B, the Divergent Feeling form and the Williams Scale form.
