Child Symptom Inventory (CSI-4) Deluxe Kit
The Child Symptom Inventory (CSI-4) is a rating scale that screens children aged 5 to 12 for the emotional and behavioural disorders described in DSM-IV. The Parent Checklist has 97 items covering 15 disorders, and the Teacher Checklist has 77 items covering 13. Answers can be scored either as symptom counts, following the diagnostic model, or as symptom severity scores based on normative data. The deluxe kit includes the manual, 25 of each checklist and 50 score sheets of each kind.
