Career Thoughts Inventory (CTI)
The Career Thoughts Inventory (CTI) is a self-administered, objectively scored measure of the negative thinking that gets in the way of career decisions, for high school and college students and adults aged 17 to 83. Its 48 items give a total score and three scales: confusion about decision making, anxiety about committing to a choice, and conflict between one's own views and those of important others. It shows who is likely to need counselling and what kind of career problem they have, and the workbook helps clients recognise, challenge and change their negative career thoughts. It takes 7 to 15 minutes, and the kit includes the manual, 10 workbooks and 25 test booklets.
