Career Decision Making Self-Efficacy Scale
This scale by Ruqaiya Javed and Prof. Mahmood Subuktageen Khan measures how confident students in classes 11 and 12 feel about making career decisions. Its 17 items cover four dimensions: confidence in career decisions, conviction in solving problems, firm belief in the decision made, and what the authors call career decision prophecy. It is used in research and in individual, group and career counselling, takes 10 to 15 minutes, and the kit contains a manual and 100 consumable booklets.
