California Verbal Learning Test Third Edition (CVLT3)
The California Verbal Learning Test, Third Edition (CVLT3), by Dean C. Delis, Joel H. Kramer, Edith Kaplan and Beth A. Ober, is a detailed test of verbal learning and memory for people aged 16 to 90, in which the person hears lists of words and recalls them and the categories they belong to. It is used with people who have brain injury, dementia, schizophrenia, ADHD or other neurological conditions, to judge readiness to return to work and manage daily life independently, and it also checks for insufficient effort. It takes about 30 minutes, and the kit contains the manual and 25 each of the standard and alternate record forms.
