Brief Problem Monitor BPM/6-18 Starter Kit
The Brief Problem Monitor (BPM/6-18) is a short set of forms for tracking the functioning of children and young people aged 6 to 18 over periods the user chooses, whether days, weeks or months. Parents, teachers or the young people themselves complete a form in 1 to 2 minutes, using items drawn from the CBCL, TRF and YSR, and it is scored on Internalizing, Attention Problems, Externalizing and Total Problems scales. The kit includes the software, the manual and 50 each of the parent, teacher and youth forms.
