BRIEF®-P Behavior Rating Inventory of Executive Function®–Preschool Version
The BRIEF-P was the first standardised rating scale built specifically to measure executive function in preschool children, from 2 to 5 years. Its scales look at inhibition, shifting, emotional control, working memory and planning and organisation. It is useful with young children affected by prematurity, early signs of learning or attention problems, language disorders, brain injury, lead exposure or autism, and a rating takes 10 to 15 minutes. The kit contains the manual, 25 rating forms and 25 scoring summary/profile forms.
