The Bender Visual-Motor Gestalt Test, Second Edition (Bender-Gestalt II), by Gary G. Brannigan and Scott L. Decker, is a brief test of visual-motor integration for ages 4 to 85 and over, which also sheds light on a person's development and neuropsychological functioning. Its simple, non-threatening tasks make it a good opening test in a longer battery, and it can serve as a screen for neuropsychological impairment. It is given individually in 10 to 15 minutes, comes in eight language editions, English, Hindi, Marathi, Gujarati, Tamil, Telugu, Malayalam and Kannada, and the kit contains the stimulus cards, the examiner's manual, and 25 each of the test records, motor test booklets and perception test booklets.
