Behavior Dimensions Scale Second Edition (BDS-2)
The Behavior Dimensions Scale–Second Edition (BDS-2) looks at patterns of behaviour that get in the way of a child's success at school, at home and in the community, for ages 5 to 18. It covers behaviour associated with ADHD, oppositional defiance, conduct disorder, avoidant personality, generalised anxiety and major depressive episodes. School and Home Versions, the latter also in Spanish, are included with their technical manuals and 25 rating forms each, along with an intervention manual, and a rating takes about 30 minutes.
