Autism Diagnostic Observation Schedule, Second Edition: ADOS-2 HAND-SCORED KIT
The ADOS-2 offers a standardised, semi-structured way of assessing people suspected of autism spectrum disorder. It observes how a person communicates, interacts socially and plays, along with any restricted or repetitive behaviour, through activities designed to draw these out, and the coded observations guide diagnosis, the planning of treatment and decisions about educational placement. Each person receives just one module, chosen by expressive language and age, from a Toddler Module for children of 12 to 30 months up to a module for verbally fluent adolescents and adults. This hand-scored kit includes the manual, 50 protocol booklets (10 per module) and more than 100 stimulus items.
