ASEBA Older Adult (Age Range 60 - 90+) Hand-Scoring Starter Kit
The ASEBA Older Adult hand-scoring kit, for ages 60 to 90 and over, combines the Older Adult Self-Report (OASR) with the Older Adult Behavior Checklist (OABCL), which is filled in by a person who knows the adult well. Together they give a rounded view of adaptive functioning and problems in settings such as psychiatric evaluation, routine medical care, recovery from strokes, falls or illness, and adjustment to bereavement, retirement communities or nursing homes. Used at intervals, such as every 2 months, they show whether things are getting better, worse or staying the same. Each form takes about 10 minutes, and the kit includes 50 of each form, hand-scoring and DSM-oriented profiles, a reusable template and the manual.
